DarkSaaS provides a platform for users to create automated Telegram stores for selling digital goods. We are a software provider and are not responsible for the products sold by our users.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities.
You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
You must not sell prohibited or illegal items as per local laws.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DarkSaaS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
